Customer First Accreditation

We are pleased to announce that we have now been accredited with the Customer First Award. Obtaining this award is a major achievement for us and gives our customers the knowledge that first2train will provide and deliver a high quality, reliable and efficient service.

Customer First is the quality assurance framework for providers and deliverers of publicly funded business support services. Customer First supports continuous improvement and balances the benefits from self-assessment with the advantages of external, objective analysis.

“The approach of first2train is geared to establishing long-term relationships that have already had the benefit of producing repeat business. They centre on aligning delivery to their clients business needs. The start point for this is seeking to understanding the mission and purpose of their customers and using these as a start point for delivering training to the appropriate audience, against agreed action plans ”
