About the qualification
The Learning and Development awards are aimed at people delivering teaching
and training. The awards are designed to be fle4xible and candidates can
choose between taking a unit route and being awarded Certificates of Unit
Credit, completing a 'mini award' made up of threee to four units or taking
a full S?NVQ.
