Our Methods
first2train work in partnership with clients to identify a starting point, the objectives they are aiming to realise and their preferred method of learning. Our methods encourage immediate application of learning.
The solutions we design and develop are directly related to the working environment. Learners from the client organisation then relate this to real life 'on the job' situations. From here the learning journey is taken and continues to develop in the workplace. first2train will be there to offer support along the way. Our Service and Courses page lists many of the courses we offer, but, remember we are able to design packages to address the needs of your learners.

first2train has now been awarded 'Customer First' Accreditation
At first2train, we are able to offer you a complete service by guiding and training your staff. Whether you are a well established organisation, looking for an alternative or additional training provider, or looking to establish for the first time training with qualifications, we can work with you to to help your staff achieve new goals.
The services we offer range from establishing basic level training for call centre, customer service and administration staff, to team leading and supervisor level, through to management training. We are also able to provide specific help with such concepts as the recruitment and selection of staff, and setting up a training department.

Some of our courses are open access - individuals may apply directly to us for training. Alternatively, training may be sponsored by an organisation such as Action Housing Association, who, as you will see on our News page, are offering interested individuals the chance to apply for places on a variety of our courses. These courses will be held at Action Housing premises and led by our trainers.
