Objectives

This course aims to provide the knowledge, understanding and skills needed to produce basic word processed business documents, such as letters, memoranda, posters. Learners will be shown how to ...

  • To open Microsoft Word, open, name and save files

  • To enter, amend and format text

  • To create simple documents as may be used in business by means of entering, amending and formatting text

  • To enhance word documents by use of simple graphics and borders

Learners will be guided through these tasks using appropriate practice exercises.
