What's in the ILM Level 3 Certificate in First Line Management?
The ILM Level
3 Certificate in First Line Management covers the full range of responsibilities
of the first line manager and can be tailored to fit your specific needs.
The Certificate develops leaders and managers within the national qualifications
framework.
The full
Certificate consists of an induction, 10 x 15-hour units plus tutorial
support. Available from first2train ILM Centre as either an Integrated
Certificate (with the units delivered and certificated together) or delivered,
assessed and certificated separately, as the unitised ILM Level 3 Certificate
in First Line Management. The unit route reinforces the ILM commitment
to short, sharp, flexible learning to ensure an exact fit with individual
candidate needs and workplace requirements.

Each unit
comprises five x three-hour segments, of which three are core (except
module C2) and two are chosen from between three and six optional segments
offered. This enhances the flexibility for you to match the programme
content to your identified training needs
The whole
programme will take a minimum of 160 guided learning hours, plus time
for assessment, to provide you with the knowledge and skills you need
to perform effectively in the high pressure world of the 21st century.
