First Line Management Level 3

What's in the ILM Level 3 Certificate in First Line Management?

The ILM Level 3 Certificate in First Line Management covers the full range of responsibilities of the first line manager and can be tailored to fit your specific needs. The Certificate develops leaders and managers within the national qualifications framework.

The full Certificate consists of an induction, 10 x 15-hour units plus tutorial support. Available from first2train ILM Centre as either an Integrated Certificate (with the units delivered and certificated together) or delivered, assessed and certificated separately, as the unitised ILM Level 3 Certificate in First Line Management. The unit route reinforces the ILM commitment to short, sharp, flexible learning to ensure an exact fit with individual candidate needs and workplace requirements.

See www.i-l-m.com/qualifications/generic/level3

Each unit comprises five x three-hour segments, of which three are core (except module C2) and two are chosen from between three and six optional segments offered. This enhances the flexibility for you to match the programme content to your identified training needs

The whole programme will take a minimum of 160 guided learning hours, plus time for assessment, to provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to perform effectively in the high pressure world of the 21st century.
